RNG & Biogas Safety and Measurement

One partner for the whole gas train.

Intro

A landfill-gas-to-RNG facility concentrates everything hazardous about biogas into enclosed spaces - blower buildings, digester headers, flare systems, and upgrading skids. Methane, hydrogen sulfide, and carbon dioxide, at pressure, in areas where people work.

Most suppliers can sell you one piece of that. We built a practice around the whole thing.

What we cover

Gas flow measurement - thermal mass flow on digester gas, flare gas, and biogas headers, where variable composition and low pressure defeat conventional meters.

Overpressure protection and flashback prevention - flame arrestors and pressure/vacuum relief valves on digesters, tanks, and gas headers. (Available in Tennessee and North Alabama.)

Fixed gas detection - methane, H₂S, and CO₂ monitoring in blower buildings, enclosures, and confined areas.

Hazardous-area electrical protection - enclosure purge and pressurization for instrumentation and control equipment in classified areas.

Gas quality analysis - oxygen, hydrogen sulfide and moisture measurement to pipeline injection specification.

Level, pressure and temperature - the supporting instrumentation across the plant.

Why one partner matters

On an RNG site, these systems aren't separate problems - they're one problem with five parts. When the flow meter, the arrestor, the detector, the purge system and the analyzer come from five vendors, the coordination falls on you.

We quote the stack, we coordinate the manufacturers, and we're the single call when something needs attention.

Who we work with

Landfill gas and digester operators, RNG developers, and the OEMs and packagers who build gas conditioning and upgrading systems.
